Community initiatives

At NML, we absolutely love engaging with our community. It's a core part of our identity, and we're proud to have been sponsoring FEDSA since 2012. FEDSA is a non-profit organisation that promotes knowledge sharing within our industry and supports various projects connecting practitioners and aspiring professionals. As part of our partnership with FEDSA, we actively support ZAPD, a fantastic community within FEDSA dedicated to digital product designers.

We believe that community events are a great way to learn and collaborate, so we actively participate in them. Our commitment to these initiatives underscores our dedication to nurturing talent and driving positive change in the digital product design field. We're passionate about what we do, and we hope to continue making meaningful contributions to our community in the years to come.

FEDSA 2023

FEDSA had a busy year. Since inception in 2012, there have been 136 meetups, 18 in 2023 alone.

DARG

We're big animal lovers at NML, and the office is often awash with dogs. In 2023 we visited DARG's enrichment play area where you can sit and play with some of the dogs and cats and give them some company.
